इस ग्रन्थ में मूलग्रन्थों तथा निबन्ध-ग्रन्थों को आधार बनाकर श्राद्ध-सम्बन्धी सभी कृत्यों का साङ्ग ोपाङ्ग  निरूपण किया गया है। ग्रन्थ के प्रारम्भ में आये हुए शताधिक प्रमाणों को हिन्दी-अनुवाद के साथ दिया गया है। ग्रन्थ में मूल प्रयोग-भाग संस्कृत में तथा प्रक्रिया-सम्बन्धी सभी निर्देश हिन्दी में दिये गये हैं। श्राद्ध की प्रक्रियाओं को समझने के लिये यथास्थान चित्र भी दिये गये हैं।

In this book, based on the original scriptures and treatises, a 
summary of all the rituals related to Shraddha is given. The 
formulation has been done. Hundreds of proofs given in the beginning 
of the book have been given along with Hindi translation. In the 
book, the basic experiment part is given in Sanskrit and all the 
instructions related to the procedure are given in Hindi. To 
understand the procedures of Shraddha, pictures have also been given 
at appropriate places.
